Mother’s Day & Valentine’s Day Celebrations
Celebrations such as Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day serve as another opportunity for students at the School of Hospitality to sharpen their skills and apply what they have learnt in a real-world environment.
For Mother’s Day, the students were given the chance to honour their beloved mothers and demonstrate their skills by serving them a sumptuous meal amidst the elegant backdrop of the University’s in-house fine dining restaurant Envee.
Similarly, they also served an exquisite seven-course meal to match the romance and whimsy of Valentine’s Day.
