Quest International University Perak Library (QIUP Library) is the centre of the academic life of the university providing information and services. The QIUP Library was established to be a vital role in supporting the teaching, learning, research and development programmes of the university to achieve QIUP vision to be a model research-led private university with global strategic linkages oriented to deliver quality programmes and interdisciplinary research of international standing.

QIUP Library previously known as Premier International University Perak Library was established in early April 2011 at Level 2 at Plaza Teh Teng Seng, Jalan Permaisuri Bainun Ipoh. Then, it moved to Level 3 same building at same month. At the beginning of its operation, the Library had one Senior Library Officer and two Library Officers.

QIUP Library has a floor area of 110 x 30 sq feet and it can accommodate about 120 users at any one time. Housing an approximately 15,000 volumes of items, the collection comprises of a wide variety of printed and non-printed materials ranging from books, periodicals, in-house reports, audiovisuals and multimedia. The collection also includes an expanding range of electronic resources such as interactive CD-ROMs, e-books, e-journal and online databases.

The library is using KOHA Automated Library System and applying Security System for management of library resources and services in order to maintain high level of quality service. The library system allows users to explore and access, request materials on loan and renew materials on loan through Internet. QIUP Library also subscribes to several online databases to support learning and research activities in QIUP.
