Culinary Malaysia (September 2019)

Our Culinary Arts team swept eight accolades at the recent Culinaire Malaysia 2019 amidst 1,500 entries from 1,000 culinary professionals. The eight awards included one bronze in Class 2 Plated Dishes and seven Diploma Awards across various categories.

We competed with hotels, universities, and chef associations from as far as China, Brunei, Indonesia, Taiwan and Korea, which served as a testament to our students’ ability to produce on the big stage.
