The Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at QIU is designed to help you equip yourself with the scientific ability to explore the eager questions you have regarding human behaviour. The experience, training and expertise gained in this programme will provide students with skills and knowledge on how to ask critical questions, observe behaviour, collect and analyse data, and apply your knowledge to positively influence and improve a person’s quality of work and life

ExaminationsRequirements
Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM)Pass STPM or equivalent with a minimum of Grade C (GPA 2.00) in two subjects and credit in Mathematics and Science and Pass English at SPM level
General Certificate of Education
Advanced (“A”) levels
Pass A-Level with passes in 2 subjects including and credit in Mathematics and Science and Pass English at “O” level
Matriculation / FoundationPass with a minimum CGPA 2.0 and credit in Mathematics and Science and Pass English at SPM level
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC)Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a minimum of Grade B in 5 subjects including Mathematics, Science and English
Other QualificationsOther equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government

Assessment

Students' abilities are gauged both through continuous assessment and final exams. The continuous assessment comprises tests/quizzes, topical exercises, and projects/assignments which account for an allocation of 60% of marks. The balance of marks are allocated for the final examination.
