  • TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) 2002 -2009

  • Corporate Experience – Corporate planning, audit, human resource planning and development, procurement, coordination of training programs, advertising courses, conducting training and development.
  • Academic Experience – Actively involved in research in the area of Marketing.

Administrative Appointments /Committee Involvements:

  • Promoted to a Programme Coordinator, Faculty of Business, Management & Social Sciences. QIUP (Jan 2016 – present).
  • A certified “Train The Trainer” by Tenaga Nasional Berhad and assumed the role of Assistant Manager for Leadership Development and Management Training before her departure from TNB.

Award & Achievements:

  • Published work in international journals, book chapter, participated in conferences and secured an internal grant.
  • Conferred the Teaching Performance Award in January 2015 for Service Management.
  • Conferred the Best Paper Award for her conference paper during the International Conference on Business, Accounting, Finance and Economics (BAFE) 2014.
  • Successfully completed an internal grant obtained from the university to study the Impact of customer retention practices on firm performance in retailing sector in 2013.
