The Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) at Quest International University Perak (QIUP) is designed for those of us who eagerly try to understand the "Why?" when it comes to human behaviour, and to scientifically explore this. This programme provides well-rounded exposure to the key areas of Psychology and usage
of research tools which can be applied to various industries such as media, education, clinical, and corporate. The experience, training and expertise gained in this programme will provide students with skills and knowledge on how to ask critical questions, observe behaviour, collect and analyse data, and apply techniques to positively influence and improve a person’s quality of work and life.

Industrial training networks will be established to ensure that students have opportunities to attach themselves to any field of interest and ensure they graduate into the job market with relevant experience. In addition, this programme provides electives as a foundation for specialisation in specific fields in
psychology such as Clinical, Forensic, Media, and Sports Psychology.

Examinations Requirements
Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) Pass STPM or equivalent with a minimum of Grade C (GPA 2.00) in two subjects and credit in Mathematics and Science and Pass English at SPM level
General Certificate of Education
Advanced (“A”) levels
Pass A-Level with passes in 2 subjects including and credit in Mathematics and Science and Pass English at “O” level
Matriculation / Foundation Pass with a minimum CGPA 2.0 and credit in Mathematics and Science and Pass English at SPM level
Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a minimum of Grade B in 5 subjects including Mathematics, Science and English
Other Qualifications Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government

Assessment
Student’s ability is gauged both through continuous assessment and final exam. The continuous assessment is comprised of tests/quizzes, topical exercises, and projects/assignments which account for an allocation of 50 – 60% of marks depending on the course. The balance of marks are allocated for the final examination.
