What our students say

“Throughout the degree programme, it felt like a roller coaster at certain time. However, when I looked back and reminisced, I don’t think it was such a bad thing.  In fact, I feel so blessed to be in QIUP which helped me to learn a multiple of things and later enabled me to stand where I am today. What I want to highlight the most is that I am so proud to be a part of this esteemed institution of higher learning. Viva le QIUP!” – RACHEL YEW BING YING (HONG LEONG ASSURANCE BERHAD)

“After completing my secondary school, I was unsure about which course and institution to purse my tertiary education. Fortunately, I found QIUP and enrolled in the Bachelor of Finance (Hons) programme. My university journey began afterwards with so many things to learn and experience. It is undeniably true that QIUP has provided me a conducive platform where I can identify and exploit my own strengths to the fullest. I embarked on various learning opportunities under comprehensive syllabuses which enabled me to gain extensive knowledge on the subject matter. My commitment and gratitude are dedicated to the band of lecturers who have imparted the knowledge and made sacrifices so as to churn out brilliant and well-rounded graduates, ready to join the nation’s professional workforce. Finally, I wish to thank the university for providing me with all the necessary facilities to successfully complete the degree programme with flying colours!” – WONG KENG FAI (SENIOR EXECUTIVE AT PUBLIC BANK BERHAD, CHEMOR BRANCH, PERAK)

“It has always been a great pleasure for me to reminisce all colourful years at QIUP. What I have learned throughout those years is that the process of learning is a continuous endeavours, requiring physical, mental and emotional strengths. The outside world after graduation is completely a new world with a set of new experiences. As a current staff of Qi Group, I am so proud to be part of this large and unique Qi Group family. Thank you QIUP for all the experiences, knowledge and opportunities.” – YUGEETHRA ELANGGOVA KUMAR (STAFF AT Qi GROUP)

“Looking back at my heyday in QIUP, I am really thankful for the University’s commitment in preparing me for the workforce. The faculty’s connection with the employers was highly beneficial as it constantly updated the students with the relevant job skill and aptly incorporated them into students’ lessons. This is important in churning on industry-ready graduates. As a finance student, I am able to customize my learning track to best fit the areas that are most applicable for me; whether it is corporate finance, banking, or capital markets. Quest International University, especially the Faculty of Business Management, has the ability, experience and knowledge necessary to seamlessly integrate financial theories with the real world. The successful integration of knowledge with its practical aspects has enabled me to secure my current job in Shell Business Operations in Cyberjaya as an analyst in Credit Operations Department. Personally, it also helps me to play and invest for my future.” – MOHAMED ALIF MOHAMED AZAHARI (ANALYST AT SHELL BUSINESS OPERATIONS, CYBERJAYA)

“The Bachelor of Finance programme in QIUP has equipped me with a professional knowledge and qualification before I embarked on my career path. The collaboration of QIUP and the MFPC has given me greater advantages as most of the Registered Financial Planner’s (RFP) modules are already exempted upon my graduation in QIUP.  My path towards the professional qualification in the financial planning field is therefore much closer. Nevertheless, with the relevant skills and knowledge that I learned in QIUP, I can easily apply financial knowledge into the procedure of insurance planning. This has enabled me to deliver professional advice and services to my customers.” – RANDOLPH TAN CHUN HSIEN (I GEN XYZ FINANCIAL GROUP)

“I decided to study a Bachelor of Finance programme in QIUP to understand how finance shapes and influences the way companies behave. The concepts, theories and financial tools in monetary planning are suitably transformed into real work experiences that are relevant to the society.” – LIM YUNG XIN
